These Terms and Conditions (the “Contest Terms”) govern participation in the BitDelta Predict the Winner Contest (the “Contest”) conducted by BitDelta Limited, a company incorporated in Mauritius (“BitDelta Pro”, “BitDelta”, “we”, “us” or “our”), in connection with the Abu Dhabi T10 2026 Cricket Tournament. 

By participating in the Contest, each eligible participant (a “Participant”, “you” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Contest Terms. 

These Contest Terms shall be read together with BitDelta’s applicable General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable platform terms and conditions, to the extent relevant to participation in the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency between these Contest Terms and the applicable General Terms and Conditions in respect of the Contest, these Contest Terms shall prevail solely to the extent of such inconsistency. 

 

1. CONTEST OVERVIEW 

1.1. The Predict the Winner Contest is a free-entry promotional prediction contest conducted by BitDelta Pro in connection with the Abu Dhabi T10 2026 Cricket Tournament (the “Tournament”), under which eligible Participants may predict the outcome of individual Tournament matches for an opportunity to win signed merchandise, subject to these Contest Terms and Conditions. 

1.2. The Contest shall cover thirty-two (32) matches of the Tournament, including the qualifying matches and the Final, with a separate prediction contest conducted for each match. 

1.3. Participants may submit their predictions through the official BitDelta Pro Instagram or Facebook accounts, in accordance with the participation requirements and prediction rules set out in these Contest Terms. 

1.4. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge. No purchase, payment, deposit, funding, or trading activity is required. However, Participants must maintain a verified BitDelta account and complete applicable KYC requirements. 

1.5. For each match, three (3) eligible Participants shall be selected through a random draw from among those who have correctly predicted the official match result and satisfied the applicable eligibility and participation requirements. 

1.6. Each selected winner shall be eligible to receive one (1) signed BitDelta Pro merchandise item, subject to verification and the prize distribution conditions set out in these Contest Terms. 

 

2. Eligibility  

2.1. Participation in the Contest is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are residents of the United Arab Emirates or Kuwait (the “Eligible Jurisdictions”), subject to the eligibility requirements set out in this Clause. 

2.2. To be eligible to participate in the Contest and receive any prize, a Participant must: 

2.2.1. Hold an active BitDelta account in good standing throughout their participation in the Contest; 

2.2.2. Have successfully completed the applicable Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification requirements; 

2.2.3. Comply with these Contest Terms, BitDelta Pro’s applicable General Terms and Conditions, and the participation requirements prescribed for the Contest; and 

2.2.4. Not be subject to any account suspension, restriction or other limitation that would prevent participation in the Contest. 

2.3. Employees of BitDelta, Abu Dhabi Cricket and Sports Hub, participating T10 franchises, and their respective agencies shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest or receive any prize. 

2.4. Eligibility to participate in the Contest and receive any prize shall remain subject to verification by BitDelta. A Participant who fails to satisfy, or ceases to satisfy, the applicable eligibility requirements may be disqualified from the Contest. 

2.5. BitDelta may require a Participant to provide such information or documentation as it reasonably considers necessary to verify their eligibility or compliance with these Contest Terms. Failure to provide the requested information or documentation within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the applicable prize. 

3. PARTICIPATION AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

3.1. Eligible Participants may enter the Contest by submitting their predictions through the official BitDelta Instagram account (@bitdeltapro) or the official BitDelta Facebook page, in response to the designated prediction post published for each Tournament match (the “Official Contest Post”). 

3.2. To submit a valid entry for a particular match, a Participant must: 

3.2.1. Follow the official BitDelta Instagram account or Facebook page, as applicable; 

3.2.2. Like the relevant Official Contest Post; 

3.2.3. Submit a comment on the Official Contest Post specifying their predicted match result and BitDelta User ID (“UID”); and 

3.2.4. Tag three (3) distinct friends in the same comment. 

3.3. Each Participant may submit only one (1) entry per Tournament match, irrespective of whether the entry is submitted through Instagram or Facebook. Where multiple entries are submitted by the same Participant for a particular match, only the first valid entry shall be considered, and all subsequent entries shall be disregarded. 

3.4. Entries must be submitted directly in the comments section of the relevant Official Contest Post. Predictions submitted through standalone posts, direct messages or any other communication channel shall not qualify as valid entries. 

3.5. Entries for each match shall close thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the relevant match, as specified in the official Tournament schedule. Any entry submitted after the applicable deadline shall not be considered. 

3.6. Participants must continue to follow the relevant BitDelta social media account or page until the completion of the winner selection and prize verification process. Unfollowing the relevant account or page before the award of the prize may result in disqualification. 

3.7. Each entry must comply with the applicable prediction rules and other requirements specified in these Contest Terms and Conditions. Submission of an entry shall not, by itself, guarantee eligibility for winner selection or entitlement to any prize. 

4. PREDICTION RULES AND ENTRY VALIDITY 

4.1. Each Participant must predict the outcome of the relevant Tournament match by selecting either one (1) of the competing teams as the winner or a tie. Predictions must clearly identify the selected team by its official name, as reflected in the Tournament schedule, or expressly indicate a tie. 

4.2. A prediction shall be considered correct only where it corresponds to the final official result of the relevant match, as declared by the Tournament’s official governing authority. Where a match proceeds to a Super Over or any other official tie-breaking procedure, the final result following such procedure shall determine the correct prediction. 

4.3. Where a match officially concludes in a tie without a winner being determined through any applicable tie-breaking procedure, only Participants who have correctly predicted a tie shall qualify for winner selection. If no eligible Participant has correctly predicted a tie, no prizes shall be awarded for that match. 

4.4. Predictions shall be considered invalid where they: 

4.4.1. Identify more than one possible match outcome; 

4.4.2. Are incomplete, ambiguous or do not clearly identify the predicted outcome; 

4.4.3. Are submitted after the applicable entry deadline; 

4.4.4. Are deleted before the completion of the winner selection process; or 

4.4.5. Otherwise fail to comply with the participation requirements prescribed under these Contest Terms and Conditions. 

4.5. Where a match is abandoned, cancelled or declared to have no official result, the Contest for that particular match shall be void, and no winners shall be selected or prizes awarded in respect of such match. 

4.6. In the event of any dispute concerning the outcome of a match, the final result officially declared by the Tournament’s governing authority shall prevail for the purposes of determining the validity of predictions under the Contest. 

 

5. PRIZES AND REWARDS 

5.1. The Contest shall offer signed BitDelta merchandise as prizes to eligible Participants who are selected as winners in accordance with these Contest Terms and Conditions. 

5.2. Three (3) winners shall be selected for each of the thirty-two (32) Tournament matches, including the Final, with a maximum of ninety-six (96) merchandise prizes available for distribution throughout the Contest, subject to the availability of eligible winning entries. 

5.3. Each winner shall be entitled to receive one (1) signed merchandise item, which may bear the signature of participating cricket team members and/or Robin Uthappa. The type and allocation of merchandise shall be determined by BitDelta, subject to availability. 

5.4. A Participant may receive only one (1) prize per Tournament match. However, a Participant who has received a prize for one match shall remain eligible to participate in subsequent matches and receive additional prizes, subject to compliance with these Contest Terms. 

5.5. All prizes awarded under the Contest shall be non-transferable, non-exchangeable and shall not be redeemable for cash or any other monetary equivalent. 

5.6. BitDelta shall bear the standard shipping costs associated with delivering prizes to eligible winners within the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. 

5.7. The award of any prize shall remain subject to the successful verification of the winner’s eligibility and compliance with the applicable requirements under these Contest Terms. 

5.8. Any taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, governmental levies, or other charges imposed in connection with the receipt, importation, or possession of a prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, except where prohibited by applicable law. 

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT 

6.1. Following the declaration of the official result of each Tournament match, BitDelta shall identify the Participants who have correctly predicted the match outcome and satisfied the applicable eligibility and participation requirements under these Contest Terms. 

6.2. Three (3) winners shall be selected at random from the pool of eligible Participants who have submitted correct predictions for the relevant match. Where fewer than three (3) eligible Participants have correctly predicted the match outcome, prizes shall be awarded only to those qualifying Participants. 

6.3. BitDelta shall verify the eligibility of the selected winners, including their compliance with the participation requirements, account verification status and applicable entry restrictions, before confirming their entitlement to receive a prize. 

6.4. Winners shall be announced within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days following the declaration of the official match result, through a reply to the relevant Official Contest Post on Instagram or Facebook, as applicable. Only the winners’ social media handles shall be disclosed in such announcements. 

6.5. Selected winners shall be contacted by BitDelta through direct message on the social media platform used to submit their qualifying entry. Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the direct message being sent in order to initiate the prize claim and verification process. 

6.6. Following the winner’s response, BitDelta shall verify the winner’s residency in an Eligible Jurisdiction against the proof of residence maintained in their KYC records and may request such additional information as reasonably necessary to complete the verification process. 

6.7. Where a selected winner fails to satisfy the applicable eligibility or verification requirements, BitDelta may disqualify such winner and select a replacement through a random draw from the remaining eligible Participants who correctly predicted the relevant match outcome. 

6.8. BitDelta shall maintain appropriate records of the eligible entries, winner selection process and verification outcomes to ensure the proper administration and transparency of the Contest. 

 

7. PRIZE CLAIM AND DISTRIBUTION 

7.1. Each selected winner must respond to BitDelta’s official direct message within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the notification is sent and provide the information reasonably required to facilitate the verification and delivery of the applicable prize. 

7.2. A winner’s entitlement to receive a prize shall remain subject to successful completion of the applicable eligibility and verification requirements under these Contest Terms. 

7.3. Upon successful verification, BitDelta shall arrange for the delivery of the applicable merchandise prize to the shipping address provided by the winner within the United Arab Emirates or Kuwait. Standard shipping costs shall be borne by BitDelta. 

7.4. Winners shall be responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. BitDelta shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a winner. 

7.5. Prize delivery shall be subject to merchandise availability, shipping arrangements and any applicable logistical requirements. BitDelta shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery within a reasonable period following successful verification. 

7.6. Prizes shall be delivered only to verified winners and shall not be transferred, exchanged or assigned to any other person. 

 

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT 

8.1. Participants must not engage in any conduct that may compromise the fairness, integrity, security, or proper operation of the Contest. 

8.2. Without limitation, the following activities are prohibited: 

8.2.1.  Submitting multiple entries for the same Tournament match through different social media accounts, accounts operated by third parties, or any other method intended to circumvent the entry limitations under these Contest Terms;  

8.2.2.Creating, using, or controlling fake, fraudulent, automated, fictitious, or duplicate social media accounts for the purpose of participating in the Contest; 

8.2.3. Posting content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate; 

8.2.4. Providing false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with participation in the Contest or the prize verification process; 

8.2.5. Attempting to tamper with, disrupt, manipulate, or undermine the operation of the Contest, the winner selection process, or BitDelta’s systems; 

8.2.6. Impersonating another individual or otherwise misrepresenting identity, residency, account ownership, or eligibility status; or 

8.2.7. Engaging in any activity that, in BitDelta’s reasonable opinion, is contrary to the spirit or intended purpose of the Contest. 

8.3. BitDelta reserves the right to disqualify any Participant, reject any entry, withhold any prize, or take any other action it reasonably considers necessary where it suspects a breach of these Contest Terms, fraud, abuse, misconduct, or any activity that may adversely affect the integrity of the Contest. 

 

9. PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION 

9.1. The Contest shall be administered by BitDelta, which shall be responsible for the operation of the Contest, verification of eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution. 

9.2. BitDelta shall have the right to determine all matters relating to the administration of the Contest, including the interpretation of these Contest Terms, entry validity, eligibility, winner verification, and prize entitlement. 

9.3. BitDelta’s decisions regarding the Contest shall be final and binding, provided that such decisions are made reasonably and in accordance with these Contest Terms. 

9.4. BitDelta may investigate any activity it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Contest Terms. 

9.5. BitDelta may invalidate any entry where it determines that the entry was submitted in breach of these Contest Terms or through circumstances that may unfairly affect the Contest. 

9.6. BitDelta shall maintain appropriate records relating to the administration of the Contest and may rely upon such records in resolving any dispute relating to the Contest. 

 

10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 

10.1. BitDelta shall collect, process, use, and store personal information provided by Participants for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, facilitating prize delivery, complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and preventing fraud. 

10.2. Personal information may include social media account information, BitDelta account details, KYC records, contact information, proof of residency, delivery information, and any other information reasonably required for Contest administration. 

10.3. By participating in the Contest, Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be processed by BitDelta in accordance with BitDelta’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. 

10.4. BitDelta may engage third-party service providers, couriers, logistics providers, or other contractors to assist with the administration of the Contest and the delivery of prizes. Such parties may receive personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes. 

10.5. Except as required by applicable law or these Contest Terms, BitDelta shall not publicly disclose the personal information of winners. Winner announcements shall be limited to social media usernames or handles. 

10.6. Participants may exercise any rights available to them under applicable data protection laws in accordance with BitDelta’s Privacy Policy. 

 

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

11.1. The Contest is a promotional campaign only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or an invitation to engage in any investment activity. 

11.2. Participation in the Contest is entirely independent of any trading activity, account funding, deposit, withdrawal, or purchase of any financial product or service offered by BitDelta. 

11.3. BitDelta does not guarantee that the Contest, social media platforms, websites, systems, or communications relating to the Contest will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available. 

11.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitDelta shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, delay, technical malfunction, system failure, network interruption, unauthorised access, or other issue arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest. 

11.5. BitDelta shall not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or improperly submitted entries resulting from technical failures, platform outages, software issues, internet connectivity problems, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

11.6. BitDelta shall not be responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, customs issues, courier failures, or other delivery-related issues occurring after a prize has been dispatched. 

11.7. Nothing in these Contest Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

11.8. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Abu Dhabi Cricket and Sports Hub, Robin Uthappa, or any participating Tournament franchise unless expressly stated otherwise. By participating in the Contest, Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to BitDelta and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. 

 

12. PROGRAM MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION 

12.1. BitDelta reserves the right to suspend, modify, amend, postpone, cancel, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, where it reasonably considers such action necessary due to operational, legal, regulatory, security, technical, commercial, or other legitimate reasons. 

12.2. BitDelta may amend these Contest Terms at any time by publishing revised terms through its official communication channels or website. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. 

12.3. Where reasonably practicable, BitDelta shall provide notice of any material amendment, suspension, or termination of the Contest. 

12.4. If the Contest is cancelled, suspended, or terminated before completion, BitDelta shall not be obliged to award any prize that has not already been validly awarded and verified. 

12.5. BitDelta shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or disappointment suffered by any Participant arising from any modification, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the Contest. 

 

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

13.1. These Contest Terms and Conditions and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. 

13.2. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contest or these Contest Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution provisions set out in BitDelta’s General Terms and Conditions. 

 

14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTEST TERMS 

14.1. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Contest Terms and any applicable BitDelta policies referenced herein. 

14.2. Participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Contest Terms and all decisions made by BitDelta in relation to the administration of the Contest, subject to applicable law. 

14.3. If a Participant does not agree with any provision of these Contest Terms, the Participant must not participate in the Contest.
