Yes, we offer a 20% trading bonus on all your future deposits when you open a VIP trading account. The minimum deposit requirement for a VIP account is $50.

The 20% bonus is a special promotion for VIP trading account holders. You receive an additional 20% of every deposit you make as a bonus credit, which can be used to increase your trading equity. For example, a $1,000 deposit will give you an extra $200 in bonus credit, bringing your total trading equity to $1,200. The bonus amount is capped at USD 2,000 (or equivalent in other currencies) per deposit. This promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated and posted in the Terms & Conditions.

No, the bonus credit is non-withdrawable. It is intended to be used solely for trading purposes to increase your buying power and allow for larger positions. However, any profits you earn from trading with the bonus are fully withdrawable.

In the event of a trading loss, the deduction will come from your own deposited funds (your cash). If the loss exceeds the amount you have as cash balance (negative cash balance), the amount is adjusted back to $0, and the Bonus is removed.

If you withdraw any portion of your original deposited funds, the bonus amount will be removed in full.

If a losing trade deducts all your deposited cash but you still have bonus credit remaining (you did not reach a negative cash balance), you can continue to trade with that credit. Any profits you make from these new trades will be added directly to your withdrawable cash balance.

Basic KYC is the initial identity verification process required to activate your BitDelta Pro account. To complete Basic KYC, you must submit:
  • A valid government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, national ID, Driving License)
  • Proof of Address document (e.g., Bank Statements, Utility Bill, Government issued Letter or tax bill, Lease agreement i.e. issued within the last year).
  • A live facial verification (liveness check)
  • A simple questionnaire
  • Advanced KYC is an enhanced verification process required for higher transaction limits which includes:
  • Source of Funds declaration along with the supporting documents
  • To complete Advanced KYC, go to identity verification in your profile and complete a short questionnaire. Once approved, you will be able to access higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

    A KYC application may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
  • Uploaded documents are unclear, unreadable, or of poor quality.
  • Documents are expired or do not meet the required format.
  • Information on the ID does not match the person completing the liveness check.
  • If your KYC is rejected, you will receive an email with instructions and a secure link to re-submit the required documents. For any questions or further assistance, kindly reach out to our customer support team.

    By completing Basic KYC, your monthly transaction limit is USD 10,000. To increase your limits, you can complete Advanced KYC, which allows access to higher thresholds.

    Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, protecting it from unauthorized access and potential fraud.
